Video Galleries
1. Overview
This manual provides detailed instructions for managing video galleries within the Video Gallery module. It covers navigation, controls, editing workflows, customization, export options, and troubleshooting. Video galleries can be used as product galleries or displaying a gallery in a page.
2. Navigation
Path: Dashboard → Contents → Video Gallery
Purpose: Central hub for creating, editing, customizing, and managing video galleries.
3. Top Controls

Add New (top right): Create a new video gallery.

Delete Selected: Remove selected galleries (enabled only when checkboxes are ticked).

Search Box with Filters: Quickly locate video galleries by status.
4. Export Options
Galleries table can be exported into:

CSV → Lightweight, portable format.

Excel → For advanced filtering and reporting.

Text → Plain text export for quick references.
5. Table Structure
| Element | Description |

| Checkbox | Allows selection of individual galleries for bulk actions (e.g., Delete Selected). |
| Gallery ID | Unique identifier for each gallery. |
| Name | Gallery Name. |
| Seller | Assigned seller. |
| Status | Draft / Published |
| Action | Gallery-specific controls like Change Status, Edit, or Delete. |
6. Action Column Buttons

Change Status: Toggle between Draft or Published.

Edit: Modify gallery details.

Delete: Remove gallery permanently.
7. Editing Workflow
Step 1: Enter the Gallery Name & Description(optional).
Step 2: Seller is auto-selected; choose another if required.
Step 3: Select Videos → Opens video selection dialog.
Step 4: Configure Status → Draft, Published.
Step 5: Save the Gallery → Click Add New to store record.
8. Best Practices

Always provide a clear gallery name.

Use descriptive text for better identification.

Assign correct seller for structured management.

Confirm gallery status before saving to avoid accidental drafts.

Ensure videos are properly selected and uploaded.
9. Troubleshooting

Delete Selected disabled: Ensure checkboxes are ticked.

Video selection dialog not opening: Verify browser pop-up permissions.

Export not working: Check browser download settings.

Gallery not visible after publish: Verify seller assignment and status toggle.
